Hospital to Home is an ongoing project intended to fill a gap in the transfer of bereaved families between hospital and home by providing bespoke and targeted short-term support to bereaved families after the devastating loss of their baby. We were tasked to create a mini brand that communicated the almost impossible transition between hospital and real life after loss. A very sensitive one. Through heartfelt and raw conversations we came to see that no two journeys of any bereaved parent will ever be the same. The feel of this brand had to reflect that truth. Our multifaceted logo speaks right to that and visually illustrates that each journey is different for every individual. And that's okay.
We are fortunate to have worked with Josh for a number of years and he understands our values and our audience. Josh has an ability to really listen to his clients and this project was no different.
